These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Flowsophic Limited governing your access to and use of the Lightbulb mobile application and related services (the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Services to generate harmful, illegal, abusive, or infringing content.
Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription. In-app purchases and subscriptions are managed via Apple App Store in accordance with Apple Terms of Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowsophic Limited shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
